CDA – National Child Development Associate

Erika Perez - with over 15 years of experience she began her career in a small family daycare program in the state of New Jersey as a young woman. A move to North Carolina brought her more interactions with children. Here she began her work with children in the Middle and Elementary school age groups, moved on to summer enrichment programs as well as, after school athletic programming. Transferring to a military child development center would prove to be the most beneficial of her experiences. She gained experience here that she would carry and utilize to establish the program she has today. These experiences in the early childhood field are what continue to drive her to strive to train and learn how to be a better educator every day.

Ms. Erika continues to pursue higher education to continue creating the greatest program possible.
